i found the location ideal for getting around. it was close to the metro and the town center. staff were friendly and helpful , always ready to assist with any questions, even via whatsapp.

the bathroom was small. the shower gel container was broken. the balcony door was not sealed properly so the cold air was coming in.

the room had a peculiar odor, reminiscent of old cleaning products (it wasn't a good smell). the air conditioning barely functioned. i also noticed several stains on the curtains, which detracted from the overall cleanliness. the noise from the street below was quite loud, disrupting sleep despite the closed windows.

the hotel staff were amazing! they were super accommodating and even let me check in early because my room was all ready. the room decor was super classy and beautiful , i loved it. everything was totally super clean.

the hotel could have been better by providing a full-time reception , it would have added more security.

the hotel offered a functional space, perfectly adequate for my needs. a grocery store located just across the street provided convenient access to necessities. i found a good portuguese restaurant, cova funda, only two blocks away. the staff at the front desk impressed me with their friendliness and accommodating nature.

Great Stay Near the Heart of Everything!

The location is very convenient I walked to the city center easily. A grocery store is just across the street that is awesome. The staff were super accommodating that I really like.

The sink drained slowly and the toilet got blocked that bothered me.
